The future of a successful photographic studio was threatened when Tameside Council issued an Enforcement Notice requiring the removal of an access road to the site. Twin-tracked planning application and appeal to overturn an earlier refusal by Oldham Council. Applicant sought a change of use within an established employment area. Hourigan Connolly co-ordinated a marketing assessment to demonstrate the appeal site was surplus to commercial requirements. The appeal was allowed. Download the project file here.
