Hourigan Connolly obtained full planning permission in December 2013 for the development of 126 apartments comprising Phase 2 and 3 of a wider development known as ‘Saltra’ on Trafford Road in Salford.
The application site, which benefitted from an unviable planning permission had lain vacant for a number of years. Hourigan Connolly were able to negotiate the removal of some onerous planning contributions to finally unlock the development of the site.
