Twin-tracked planning application and appeal to overturn an earlier refusal by Oldham Council. Applicant sought a change of use within an established employment area. In conjunction with Landmark Chambers, Hourigan Connolly successfully challenged an appeal decision in the High Court on behalf of Eco-Readymix. Wrexham Council argued that the site was in the open countryside and thus contrary to policy.
