Hourigan Connolly secured detailed planning permission for the external refurbishment of an existing block of 12 flats and the erection of an additional floor comprising 4 flats.
The detailed application was submitted with a Heritage Statement and the impact of the proposals on a nearby Listed Building was discussed at length during the application process.
Hourigan Connolly successfully defended their case at appeal in September 2016 following which detailed planning permission was granted.
