Hourigan Connolly managed an application for the approval of reserved matters (appearance, scale, layout and landscape) for the development of 244 dwellings for Phase 1 of the development.
The permeability of the site was a key consideration particularly in relation to the access arrangements for the later phases of the development.
Following successful negotiations with Officers at Wigan Council the reserved matters application was approved under delegated authority in April 2016.
