Hourigan Connolly co-ordinated the preparation and submission of a detailed planning application for a proposed drive-through café/restaurant (Use Class A3), public house/restaurant (Use Class A4), 3 industrial units (Use Classes B1, B2 or B8), associated parking, landscaping & infrastructure. The total floorspace of the scheme comprised 10,452 sq. m (104.502 sq. ft) and aims to deliver much needed employment floorspace in this part of Oldham.
We worked collaboratively with Senior Officers and the proposals were supported unanimously by the Planning Committee.
