Hourigan Connolly navigated this complex residential application that involved the demolition of a former residential home and erection of 5 dwellings. The site is heavily constrained by trees.
Hourigan Connolly were involved in the design process ensuring the majority of the existing trees were retained and safe access could be taken from Werneth Road.
Vacant Building Credit was applied to the proposals and due to the nature of the application site – a large and derelict former residential home – we demonstrated that we were below the threshold for the requirement to provide on-site affordable housing.
