CONSULTATION HAS NOW CLOSED
Background
Donkeystone Brewing Company is a local microbrewery that is looking to relocate their existing business from Boarshurst Business Park to an existing industrial unit situated behind Tesco on Wellington Road.
Donkeystone has an exciting opportunity to expand the business and is a local company based in Greenfield with a real success story during these current uncertain times.
Proposals
The existing industrial unit on Wellington Road already has planning permission for industrial use and Donkeystone is therefore already able to operate the brewery and distillery operations without the need for planning permission. Planning permission is however required for the other proposed uses which include a taproom and bar, restaurant, kitchen and a bakery on the mezzanine level.
