Hourigan Connolly was instructed to secure outline planning permission for the development of this unallocated greenfield site located in the countryside on the edge of the built-up area of Clitheroe.
Despite the Ribble Valley Borough Council claiming to have a 5 year supply of deliverable dwellings we successfully demonstrated that the proposals were sustainable. The scheme was supported by Officers of the Council and the Planning Committee with outline planning permission being granted in June 2018.
