Hourigan Connolly recently obtained full planning permission for the development of a high quality 42-bed hotel, 18 open-market apartments, a spa, restaurant and bar on behalf of private clients.
Following the refusal of the initial application for non-payment of affordable housing contributions, Hourigan Connolly submitted an appeal to PINS and re-submitted the planning application to Gwynedd Council, being confident of our viability case.
The Council granted planning permission for the re-submission within 13 weeks of submission
