Hourigan Connolly led the promotion of this site through the Cheshire East Local Plan. Our Local Plan work successfully demonstrated the suitability of the site for residential development despite significant local opposition which sought to have it retained in the Green Belt.
We were subsequently instructed to lodge an outline planning application which was supported by the Council’s Strategic Planning Board
Outline planning permission was issued in November 2018 thereby paving the way for a sale to a house builder.
