Following the refusal of planning permission for the change of use of the premises to a Class A5 hot food take away Hourigan Connolly lodged an appeal.
We successfully demonstrated that the proposals would not lead to an over-concentration of such uses in the area that they would be acceptable in amenity terms and would not lead to highways problems.
The appeal was subsequently allowed and a full award of costs was secured against the Council.
